The apartment is only rented on the indicated periods (see 'price'). If you are interested to hire the apartment for a certain period, you can send an email and when we received your mail, we will make further arrangements.

If you want to hire the apartment on a period when it's free, we'll send you a tenancy agreement that we expect to receive back signed and filled in. The reservation will be definitive after receiving half of the rent and the guarantee. The other half has to be payed at the latest seven days before the beginning of your stay in our apartment.

We have selected the interior of the apartment with care and naturally we desire that this is respected. On the beginning of yout stay, a detailled description will be always be made. We ask a guarantee of 200 euros that has to be payed before your stay.

The apartment is fit for 4-5 persons and will only be rented to non-smokers. Pets are strictly prohibited.

The period of renting is calculated for one week and lasts from saturday 3PM until the next saturday at 11AM. In Juli and August the apartment is rented for two weeks. You will receive the keys in the apartment and you'll get a small introduction about the service that the apartment offers you. On the end of your stay, we'll again take the keys personally and we'll check the condition of the apartment.

We will do the end cleaning of the apartment on the end of your stay. We charge 60 euros for this service. So you can be sure that will get the aprtment in a very clean condition. During your stay you provide yourself the cleaning. There is also a washing machine.
